Vefapp.is is the software division of Datatech ehf. We design and build websites and web apps for founders, small teams and established companies that want things done properly.
We start with the problem, not the technology. We get to know your operation, find where software can lighten the load, and build a system shaped to your work. We never use off-the-shelf templates that don't fit a company's brand. Our priorities are clear: clean design, search visibility, and accessibility compliance, speed, data security and fair pricing.
Our estimates are realistic and transparent. When a project is well defined, we offer a fixed price. We follow every project through and host in European data centres that meet every standard, such as ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.

WCAG 2 AA accessibility
Every site we build meets , the W3C's international accessibility standard, sufficient colour contrast, full keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility and markup that assistive tech can read. It isn't only for users with disabilities; it makes the site more usable in sunlight, on a train, or by anyone short on time. The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) has been in force since 28 June 2025 and makes the standard mandatory for many consumer-facing services.
